To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
When you register for our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Service fees are as stated on our website at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to applicable taxes.
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, your access to paid services will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
One-time services such as consultations and fraud recovery assistance are non-refundable once work has commenced.
